Itinerary (Subject to changes)

Day 1; Saturday: Departure to Copenhagen, Denmark

  • Departure day from JFK to Conpenhagen

Day 2 Sunday: Welcome to Denmark

  • Meet our professional guide in Copenhagen Airport arrival hall, private transport to the Hotel. 
  • 6:00 PM: Welcome Dinner and a brief introduction to Denmark and Copenhagen 

Day 3 Monday: Nordic socio-economic model and world-leading entrepreneurship community 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • 9:00 AM: Lecture at Copenhagen Business School
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM: Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship
  • Conference on Business and Entrepreneurship Studies: Share your research with fellow participants
  • 4:00 PM: Back to the Hotel

Day 4 Tuesday: The business environment of Denmark 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • 10:00 AM: Erhvervshus Hovedstaden
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM: The Danish Agriculture & Food Council
  • 4:00pm: Back to the Hotel

Day 5 Wednesday: Danish Industry visit 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • 10:00 AM: Visiting a Danish industry
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM: Discussion part
  • 4:00 PM: Back to the Hotel

Day 6 Thursday: Business ecosystem in Denmark 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • 10:00 AM: Copenhagen Capacity (the official organization for attracting international companies, investors, and professional talent to Denmark)
  • 12:00 PM: Free time

Day 7 Friday: Nordic hub for sustainable urbanization, sustainable innovation and danish creative strogholds internationally 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • 10:00 AM: BLOXHUB, DDC – Danish Design Center, Creative Denmark
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch
  • 1:00 PM: Co-working space tour in BLOXHUB
  • 4:00 PM: Back to the Hotel

Day 8 Saturday: Copenhagen sightseeing 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • Free Time
  • 3:00 PM: Christiansborg Palace and the tower & Nyhavn boat tour
  • 6:00 PM: Farewell dinner
  • 8:00 PM: Back to the hotel

Day 9 Sunday: Departure date 

  • Breakfast at your Hotel.
  • Private transportation to the airport.

Cost of the programs Includes:

  • Flight from JFK to Copenhagen. Flights can be arranged from other states for additional fees. 
  • Accommodation in a 3-star hotel in a twin-shared room 
  • Breakfast every day at the Hotel
  • Welcome dinner and farewell dinner
  • Organizational Visits
  • Educational Tours
  • Coach Bus for Airport Pick-up, Send-off & traveling between destinations.

The cost of the trip is $4,700 (double-occupancy) per person

* ​Single Room Upgrade: ​$500 for single occupancy by February 14, 2025

This educational trip can be funded out of pocket or through institutional support. Schools and universities can cover the full cost or offer partial sponsorship for their faculty's participation.

Payment Schedule (alternate schedule may be negotiated by request of the participant) 

  1. $300 registration fee
  2. $4,400 due by April 17, in accordance with the confirmed payment plan

Single Room Upgrade:

  • $500 for single occupancy by February 14, 2025

The cost doesn't cover:

Travel and health insurance


Any activities not mention in the programm

Tips

Cancellation Policy:

  • 70% of the paid amount refunded between 100 and 91 days prior to departure.

  • 60% of the paid amount refunded between 90 and 61 days prior to departure.

  • 50% of the paid amount refunded between 60 and 51 days prior to departure.

  • No refund within 50 days of the departure date.




*There may exist minor changes in the program timetables and venues due the possible restrictions.
