Day 1 – Saturday, May 16: Departure from U.S.

  • Evening departure JFK → New Delhi (overnight flight).


Day 2 – Sunday, May 17: Arrival in New Delhi

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport.

  • Hotel check-in and rest.

  • Orientation session.

  • Welcome dinner in New Delhi.

  • Overnight in New Delhi.


Day 3 – Monday, May 18: Delhi – Academic & Cultural

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Seminar at Jawaharlal Nehru University: “Nursing Education and Public Health Policy in India.”

  • Afternoon cultural visits: India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhavan, and Qutub Minar.

  • Overnight in New Delhi.


Day 4 – Tuesday, May 19: Day Trip to Agra (Taj Mahal)

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Early morning bus to Agra (3.5–4 hrs).

  • Visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort with guided cultural reflection.

  • Evening return to Delhi.

  • Overnight in New Delhi.


Day 5 – Wednesday, May 20: Flight to Bengaluru

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Morning flight New Delhi → Bengaluru.

  • Welcome seminar and networking session with nursing faculty.

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 6 – Thursday, May 21: Bengaluru – Nursing & Public Health

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Seminar at Indian Institute of Science (Health Sciences faculty): “Innovations in Clinical Nursing and Patient Well-Being.”

  • Visit to a public hospital (focus: maternal and child health services).

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 7 – Friday, May 22: Bengaluru – Nursing Education & Simulation

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Seminar at Christ University – School of Nursing: “Technology-Enhanced Nursing Education and Simulation Labs.”

  • Workshop with nurse educators on curriculum reform.

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 8 – Saturday, May 23: Bengaluru – Community Health

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • NGO/community health visit: women’s empowerment and rural health clinics.

  • Reflection session: “Community-Based Care Models.”

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 9 – Sunday, May 24: Bengaluru – Nursing Leadership & Policy

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Seminar at National Law School of India University (Public Health Law faculty): “Policy Frameworks for Public Health Nursing.”

  • Municipal visit: public health programs in housing and sanitation.

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 10 – Monday, May 25: Bengaluru – Comparative Health Systems

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Roundtable: “Challenges and Opportunities in Nursing Across Borders.”

  • Closing reflections and collaborative planning session.

  • Cultural program in the evening.

  • Farewell dinner in Bengaluru.

  • Overnight in Bengaluru.


Day 11 – Tuesday, May 26: Departure

  • Breakfast at hotel.

  • Hotel check-out.

  • Return flight Bengaluru → JFK.

  Program Cost Covers:

  • Round-trip flights (JFK → New Delhi, Bengaluru → JFK). 
    (flights from other states available for an additional fee).
  • Domestic flight (New Delhi → Bengaluru).

  • Hotels in twin-shared rooms.

  • Daily breakfast.

  • Welcome dinner and farewell dinner.

  • Seminar/workshop fees.

  • Visits to public hospitals, NGOs, and community health centers.

  • Cultural site entries (Delhi, Agra, Bengaluru).

  • Unless otherwise stated, transportation to and from scheduled program activities is included.

  • ARAMFO will arrange for one group transportation to and from the airport at a time when most participants will arrive in or leave the host country.

The Program Cost is $3,700

Single Room Policy:
Single rooms are available for an additional $600, subject to hotel availability. Payment is due 90 days before departure.

This educational trip may be funded out of pocket or through institutional support. Schools and universities may cover the full cost or offer partial sponsorship for faculty participation.

We believe every participant should be able to travel without financial stress. The plans below provide flexible options to fit different budgets.

Option 1: Pay in Full at Enrollment (No Fee)

  • Pay the entire program balance at the time of enrollment.
  • Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, ACH, personal checks, and bank transfers.

Option 2: Automatic Payment Plan (No Fee)

Set up automatic monthly or bi-weekly payments with no additional fees. Payments are scheduled until 30 days before departure.

How it works

  • No enrollment or plan fees.
  • First payment of $300 due within 30 days of registration; credited toward your total balance.
  • Choose monthly or bi-weekly automatic payments.
  • At least $1,500 paid no later than 90 days before departure.
  • Final balance paid no later than 55 days before departure.
  • You may pay off your balance early at any time without fees.
  • Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, ACH, personal checks, and bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

  • 50% of the paid amount refunded between 100 and 91 days prior to departure.
  • 40% of the paid amount refunded between 90 and 61 days prior to departure.
  • 30% of the paid amount refunded between 60 and 51 days prior to departure.
  • No refund within 50 days of departure.
